ranking system STOKER 150 born with 20 tooling pallets, that may be registered diametrally and that circulate in a rotary storage warehouse with a different length depending on the model. The self centering pallets are composed of a tray fixed to the chain that passes along horizontal axle, of a holed plate for pieces and of 3 bars each of a maximal lenght of 450mm. They all are fixed on rotary hinge trough a cam for getting the diametral registration and blocked by a central screw. Pieces with Ø mm.20 min. and Ø mm.150 max could be placed one above the other untill the maximal lenght of the bars, thanks to the fact that in loading position the holed plate will be lifted and replaced due to the precence in the robot area, of pieces or not. The storage warehouse is managed by autonomous PLC Siemens
